因みに北海道出身で、専門学校で埼玉行って、東京行って香港てゆー流れです⛄️❄️
香港に来て、香港を好きになって、人も大好きで、何より食べ物、街並み、気候、、、
は湿度が無ければサイコー！🫠♡笑
そんなこんなで、
前に誘われてTsim Sha Tsui にある~ The Swiss Chalet ~のスイス料理屋さんに行ってきましたよ。
11名でワイワイしてきましたぁ〜！

毎回思うのが、香港てどこ行っても頼んで出てくるビールがでっかいなぁ！て思うのは私だけなのでしょーか⁉️🙄🙄笑
このデカさに毎回ツボる私です！😂
Swiss と言えば、やっぱりチーズフォンデュですよね。
今回食べたのは、
本場のアルコールが強めのチーズフォンデュと、
日本人好みのアルコールがそこまで入ってないチーズフォンデュをそれぞれ頼み😊
鹿のカルパッチョ🦌
色々頼んで盛り上がりました🎉
私はアルコール強めのチーズフォンデュが結構好みで、
美味しい〜💓て思いながら食べました！
あと、とっても美味しくて印象に残ったのが
鹿肉のカルパッチョ〜💓
鹿肉が大好きで。
実は私の従兄弟は北海道で
鹿のハンターをしていて
よく鹿肉を食べていたので😊😊
鹿肉を食べるのが懐かしく思ったのと、元々カルパッチョが大好きな私は
鹿肉のカルパッチョを食べるのが初めてで😲😲
めちゃくちゃ美味しくて、
ほぼ私が平らげた感じでしたねっ❗️😂😂♡

Speaking of Swiss, it's cheese fondue.
What I ate this time is...
Cheese fondue with strong real alcohol.🫕🧀
I'll order cheese fondue that doesn't contain that much alcohol that Japanese like😊
Deer carpaccio🦌🍖
I ordered a lot of things and got excited😋🍴💝
I like cheese fondue with strong alcohol.
I thought it was delicious 🥰and ate it!
Also, it was very delicious and impressive.
Carpaccio with deer meat~💓
I love deer meat.
Actually, my cousin live Hokkaido and doing a deer hunter.
So, I used to eat deer meat 😊😊
I miss eating deer meat
brings back memories in Hokkaido😆☺️☺️🥰❄️
and I love carpaccio.
But, It's my first time eating deer meat carpaccio😲😲
It was so so delicious😳
It almost ate up I had every thing ❗️😂😂♡
